Friends Press On Return & Refund Policy

At Friends Press On, every item is designed with purpose and made especially for you. Many of our products are created on demand after your order is placed, which allows us to offer unique designs while reducing unnecessary waste.

We want you to love what you receive. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • A photo of the entire item, when applicable

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Approved replacements for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items will be provided at no additional cost to you.

Please do not discard or return the item unless we provide instructions to do so.

Made-to-Order Apparel

Because our apparel is produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Preference regarding fit or style
  • Selecting the wrong color
  • Minor color differences between a screen display and the physical product

Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

If we made an error on your custom order, or the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges on made-to-order products. In certain situations, Friends Press On may choose to offer an exchange or store credit as a customer-service courtesy. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error by Friends Press On or our production partner.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Friends Press On is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipped.
