Thank you for shopping with Friends Press On! Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please review the information below to understand how production, shipping, and delivery work.
Order Processing and Production
Many Friends Press On products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Most orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Production time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product, printing method, order volume, and product availability.
Most print-on-demand orders are typically fulfilled within approximately 2–3 business days, although some products or orders may require additional production time.
Once production is complete and your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated U.S. Delivery Times
For orders shipping within the United States, current estimated shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 7–12 business days after production
- Express Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after production, when available
Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.
For example, an order may require approximately 2–3 business days for production before the estimated shipping timeframe begins.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the destination, shipping method, product type, and number of items in the order.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When multiple items are ordered, additional-item shipping charges may apply.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.
In some cases, tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after a shipping label has been created.
Multiple-Item Orders
If you order more than one item, products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on production requirements, product type, or fulfillment needs.
You may receive more than one package or tracking number for the same order.
Receiving one item before another does not necessarily mean an item is missing from your order.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Holidays and peak shopping periods
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Production delays
- Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Friends Press On or our fulfillment partners
Friends Press On is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted.
Friends Press On is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your delivery location, mailbox, porch, or other secure areas.
- Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
- Allow one additional business day, as some carriers may mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
- Contact Friends Press On if the package still cannot be located.
We will do our best to help you review the situation, but Friends Press On cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact Friends Press On as soon as possible.
We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Do not submit a return request for a package that has not arrived. Please contact us directly so we can review the shipping issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to the timeframe and instructions listed in our Refund and Return Policy.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the problem
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
